DISABILITY and EMPLOYMENT Despite having disability I didn’t
want to go on disability benefits nor wanted to seek any government assistance regardless any option available to me. I was
able to function on a basic level even after Mr. Puplick And it went like that until I reach the Supreme Court
My health deteriorated during the Supreme Court proceedings. Nobody can survive Judge Spigelman This man had skills and mind's eye to psychologically abuse and threaten like nobody I came across in NSW Gov. A very skilled tormenter
with years of practice. He knew what he was doing and above all he was enjoying in that. With Phillips Fox and Mr. Debus my children were the target
and to protect them I had to let go of my children and give the custody to my husband, I had access to my younger daughter
few days a week. If I fought this decision through family court my children psychologically wouldn’t
survive. I had let it go, it was in children’s best interest. When I l
odged my case in the Supreme Court Mr. Spigelman was not interesting in harming my children, I was the target. (This can be argued; children are abused just being present when parents
are mistreated) Mr. Spigelman was more into financial aspect of abuse, but he nedeed help. So he instructed Phillips
Fox to do whatever they wanted; Judge Spigelman was attacking me and in the same time Phillips Fox was 'after my daughter'
It is hard to put into words what it felt not being able to protect your child. She became increasingly distressed, over
concern about my safety. The days she was in my custody, she was the career, she was looking after
me and I was losing it at all fronts. Every court
hearing was traumatic, exhausted event where I didn’t know what to expect. It was around this time that my family doctor told me that if I continue with the Supreme Court proceedings he is ready to decline his service
as he was extremely concern about rapid deterioration of my health. Financially I was heading towards bankruptcy exactly
how Mr Spigelman planned. Back to Centrelink concerned staff had made appointment with senior managers, it was 4 of us ‘around
the table’ Three of them were trying to convince me that it was far better if I go on disability as I could not possible
actively looking for a job. I refused and was ‘actively seeking some part time employment I couldn’t work as an
interpreter as I lost my license because I couldn’t pay outstanding fees – when in Supreme Court I would park
the car to attend the hearing. Judge Spigelman instructed his judges to drag my case from early in the morning till late in the evening. My car was booked many times as parking
ticket would expire. All those ‘offences’ were in front of the Supreme Court and everyone knew who was responsible, yet NSW Gov refused to assist me and the bills were mounting. When I needed to register
the car I was told until fees are paid I can’t obtain my license. But I needed to work. I am interpreter on call. I
couldn’t work without the car. So I would drive to work and back from work and that was when I was caught without driving
license. My reg - plates were confiscated and I was looking forward for the court hearing, hoping that the judge
would examine my case and instruct NSW government to
take responsibility, so I would be able to work. Police told me that I will not have court hearing BUT I am not allowed to
drive. I was warned that driving without the plates is serious offence that would result in court hearing.. All those events
took place in front of my daughter.My than ex husband took the full custody of her. From the day she moved to her father,
her academic decline never stopped. From top class student she went right
to the bottom of the class. Everything was collapsing and
NSW Government and the legal system were waiting for that. My older daughter completed her degree somehow, and left the country.
I was left on my own, and my decision was to go back to part time job driving without the plates. Police had stopped me again
and after talking with Detective I was told if I continue with this criminal actions my car would be confiscate and sold,
I wouldn’t receive any money (from the car worth around 10.000) It was clear I couldn’t drive anymore. I was owing
$12 000 in unpaid rent, so I gave to my Landlord the car and went on Disability. Benefits were higher than regular Centrelink
payments and after 3 years on disability pension I was able to repay the rest what I was owing to my landlord but I had to
give up my car and with that my job Even than abuse didn’t stop Mr Spigelman hates to leave business unfinished and
he would go after you until very end Mr Spigelman instructed NSW Sheriff to issue the statement; if I cant pay outstanding fees
of $180 (that University left unpaid) I should be prepared to go out and clean the streets & picking up rubbish to
be able to repay this bill It was degradation of self respect and dignity that judge particularly enjoys, I started to being
threatened There were no shortages of volunteers threatening me. I went to police, but police were instructed to do nothing The Court was not an option It would take me nowhere, Mr Spigelman would make sure of that Even when I publish the website it was taken down three times. I was cornered. Judge Spigelman
has won NSW government never tried to protect any of his victims. It was silence from rest of the country that Mr Spigelman used to pursue what he likes |

Court) went public on LEXIS-NEXIS and Oxford Centre for Higher Education Policy in UK. I made contact with both institutions seeking removal
of my family name from International websites. Both of institutions refused to remove my family name and keep ignoring my
requests. Is it possible to challenge this decision by International Legal Channels? Would you please instruct

BEFORE YOU START LEGAL PROCESS IN ANY NSW COURT OR LEGAL INSTITUTION THIS IS REALITY OF HOW SYSTEM WORKS. THERES NO EXCEPTION
- EVERY NSW COURT WORKS LIKE THIS
The letter below is a real letter. An innocent person was set up with a crime that he did not committee. The innocent
person has been fighting the judicial corruption for decades. He is an intelligent man, well educated and has the capacity
to fight the corruption. The victim sent me a copy of this letter - many people have seen the original.
What makes me so angry is that when you approach politicians about these matters - they turn a blind eye and do nothing
including the AG's. THEY ARE GUTLESS, COWARDS AND LACK TRUE CHARACTER!
I have removed names - for obvious reasons.
I am writing today to inform you of events which took place in your trial before the district court in Parramatta.
I was a juror on your trial. I believe that there are matters which l feel that I need to bring to your attention.
During the course of the trial numerous sheriffs officers spoke with jurors in the jury room and made derogatory comments
concerning yourself refening to you as "a nutter", "psycho", "crazy old fart". They also made
comments about how they were annoyed that they were on videos taken by you which are on youtube. Also they said they were
extremely annoyed with you and said they wanted to get revenge for the grief that you had given them over the years.
Also a witness in the trial being the sheriff inspector xxxxxxxx routinely entered the jury room and spoke about how much
trouble he had evicting you. He also said that you'got a hose and attempted to hose him when he was trying to evict you. He
also said he wis annoyed that he kept on getting emails from you. Sheriff xxxxxxx also made derogatory comments about you
saying that you were a "cranky old fool" and that you shouid be'in a "psychiatric hospital". They also
told us that you were a criminal and had been convicted of crimes before.
Also we were told by the sheriffs to find you guilty as they wanted revenge on you. They also made threats to us saying
that they new where we lived and that things could happen to us. Also threats were made to our families as well. This occurred
throughout the duration of the trial. we were told by the sheriffs after the judge had given
his direction just to sit in the jury room
The verdict that we gave was one that was reached by us due to the threats which we received from the Sheriffs offices.
We decided to find you guilty as a result of those threats having no regard for the evidence before us.
I can not tell you how sorry I am that I did not have the courage to stand up in what I believed was right. I would not
have agreed to a verdict of guilty were it not for the threats of the sheriffs. My view was that you should have been found
not guilty on all counts.
I have written to the independent commission against corruption regarding what occurred. I can not revel my identity as
I am still fearful for my safety to this day. I again sincerely apologize for my actions.

include names. For too long the legal profession has put knives on peoples throats so that the truth is never unleashed. Lawyers
and politicians just expect you to go quietly so they can enjoy in money stolen from you

In my own experiences former Chief Justice Spigelman appointed currently serving Army reservist Justice Brereton to cover
up the massive fraud and incidences of murder and torture occuring in Australian Defence and intelligence.
Newly appointed Chief Justice Tom Bathurst is aware of these corrupt Judicial actions and has become part of them. SEE

Justice Brereton wrote in his judgement the plaintiff was totally delusional, a human being of no worth who had never
achieved anything in his life, had never worked, and would never achieve anything in the future.
Justice Brereton further wrote in his judgement, with no evidence to back his claims, the plaintiff had stolen $400,000.
Attempts were then made to have the plaintiff silenced completely by falsely incarcerating him in a mental asylum.
After destroying the plaintiff financially and psychologically Justice Brereton has now changed his original judgment.
Former Chief Justice Spigelman and successive Australian governments have colluded to destroy LAW in Australia to protect
their own financial and corrupt dealings.
Judicial and government corruption, continues to be easily hidden from Australians. People exposing these atrocities are
silenced, ruined and in some instances murdered. Self regulatory governing bodies, like the NSW Judicial commission, Ombudsman,
NSW Legal Services Commissioner and Attorney Generals department, review into defence bullying, and Australian politicians
including Prime Minister Julia Gillard all remain silent.
Australia has a new Chief Justice in NSW. Chief Justice Tom Bathurst has been appointed. Corrupt former Chief Justice
Spigelman resigned with no adequate explanation for his early departure.
Question: Will Chief Justice Bathurst take action in these circumstances ?
Answer: NO.
He continues to cover up the criminal activity of the profession he leads. Chief Justice Tom Bathurst is also head of
the NSW Judicial Commission. ALL complaints concerning criminal judicial activity are silenced. This silence is protected
by all sides of politics in Australia. Former Chief Justice Spigelman and successive Australian governments have colluded
to destroy LAW in Australia to protect their own financial and corrupt dealings.
Will new Chief Justice Tom Bathurst bring an end to this corruption ?
Answer: NO
Surely no Australian Judge who colludes to cover up the murders of Australians and aid the Australian government should
continue to hold a public office as Justice Brereton continues to do.
Army reservist Justice Brereton has covered up the torture and murders of many Australians BUT remains on the Supreme

Dear Karen and others, This is clearly an action taken by someone with an old grievance who doesnot consider that she
got justice 11 years ago. Periodically I get similar correspondence form other parts of the country, not only about social
work programs (I have on occasions got copies of material relating to matters before the courts that might tangentially be
related to social work). I propose simply to relate this to colleagues at Newcastle, as several are named in the material
and have an interest in at least knowing it is being circulated. Other than that, I would suggest that we press the delete
