DEFAMATION, MY FAMILY NAME PUBLISHED ON LEXIS NEXIS
TO LEXIS NEXIS TJ Viljoen Chief Exec Officer of Lexis Nexis
Pacific. It came to my attention that the two decisions
of the Supreme Court judges are published on your website as a legal document. I was the plaintiff and what was published
concerns my family and mine reputation. Both of decisions are based on defamation, evidence was excluded
by both of judges, Hon J James and Hon Ass J Harrison Both of judges are corrupt and not trustworthy to make statements of
such importance. Their corrupt actions forced my older daughter out of country and brought great distress to the rest of my
family. I am asking you to remove both of cases from your

Decision of S.C. Judge JAMES and S.C. Ass Justice HARRISON, have not been suppressed by the courts and are therefore available on Lawyers Weekly
and in our URJ database. These decisions are also available on other free sites i.e. AustLII and Supreme Court of NSW site
(Lawlink). The court notifies us if any judgment needs to be suppressed or should not be published, and we take action immediately.
In this instance there hasn't been any notification from the courts about removal of these 2 judgments I do not see the need
to remove these judgments from our site, especially as they are available on the official CaseLaw site of NSW. Please do not

Dear Paul - Kindly thank you for immediate response. If I'm correct you are saying:
“If the NSW legal system has defamed you and published defamatory decision I don’t see why I can’t do that?”
1) What was published on the NSW legal site is an EVIDENCE of the crime committed,
So why would I assist immoral authority to remove evidence I intend to relay on?
2) Evidence of what I am saying is published on
my website. You have been mislead by the NSW legal system and pushed into crime. You were
not aware of that. Now you know. I have no intention to neither contact you again nor debate with you.
3)
NSW is corrupt state that runs corrupt Chief Judge Spigelman. It is not possible to take any action in this 'political clime'
however I will bring judge Spigelman and the law society of NSW in front of the proper court one day and clear my family name.
My family paid a huge price and someone is responsible for that. I am patient person and when I believe in something (and

FROM the beginning of the legal process one
thing emerged clearly and that was; No matter how much money Uni will spend on this case, how many years it will take, how
much children are going to be damaged or what has to be done - University will NOT pay a cent to me. From court to court I
have not seen one judge (except Hon Judge Moore) who was able to see things through, the meaningless of this case being prolonged
just to avoid $40.000 in damages. This $40.000 turn into the
most expensive case EVER brought under the roof of any court in Australian legal history.
There are no winners and it would never be. We have all lost. I have never seen the politics of one company so distorted
and self-destructive as I have seen in Newcastle University. It was clear neither University nor Uni insurance company would
ever take any responsibility towards me - no matter what and no matter who’s involved |

As always, I was happy to assist; If insurance companies are afraid that :If Vesna receive
compensation, than every other abused student would ask for the same, we have to think about "poor" University, I am happy
to resolve that; Mr. Chris Puplick or Mr. Simon Rice did more damage to my family than anyone from University. I am very happy
if two of them pay instead of Uni - I guess their criminal actions supports that. Their service (3 years in ADB and 2 years
in ADT) one of abuse and crimes against my children attracts far more money than I have ever asked University for. |

Fox acted in such a manner that if I receive what I'm entitled to who needs Puplick-Rice pocket money? |

If there are any hiccups related to DLA PhillipsFox may I suggest that Debus-Carr Government
pay from their pockets; its going to be 3X more than I would ever receive from DlaP Fox. Someone needs to protect NSW Labor
party? ( for 10 years of disastrous 'leadership') I don’t have problem with that |

Judge Spigelman and his Honorable Counterparts are welcome to cover what they did. If our
Honorable are above the law (that’s the fact in Sydney) and must be protected from any responsibility may I suggest
social workers? |

AASW is getting very inpatient to pay more than all of you together - considering that they
increased compensation amount after receiving 'legal advice' from NSW top legal authority. The plan was plain-simple
- Let Vesna lodge the statement of claim and we will label her as Vexatious Litigant. Not just that -we would defame her publicly
on Supreme Court Website - so rest of the world wouldn't take her accusation seriously. Simply - we would label her, like
Jo Gaha did. Every judgment related to her case and her website would be removed, so she can go around and complain as long
as she wants. Nobody would take her seriously. Its our word against hers - who would people believe? |

thyroid lymph. However this is Federal level 'issue' not NSW anymore, its Australian Gov. Australian people will pay
