I received from Centrelink $1000 for bond and that is all I'm entitled to have. I paid the bills but additional bills that suddenly appeared I cant pay. 1. I owe $ 270 for people who assisted me in moving furniture, Yesterday I paid $150 cash, as that was all I had. 2. I owe my Landlord $ 185 this saturday because I couldnt take all the furniture at once and had to stay week longer 3 Tommorow people are willing to come to take rest of the old unused furniture and moved to rubish and the price is $100 4 The last bill I owe to DODO is $80 I 'm left with no money for food and for basic needs. I urgently need physiotherapist (due to injury I obtained in the Supreme Court - when abused by corrupt judge Spigelman) So far I was able to manage that additional expenses, paying in cash but now I cant. Consequences are as such that I cant move my left arm - dont have any feelings, let alone to be able to do some work. I have never asked any charitable organisation before but I'm left with no choice ABOUT ME I am victim of crime entitled to compensation. Due to NSW Judge Spigelmans corrupt deals with University of Newcastle - I was abused during the legal process and the money I'm entitled to went to the pockets of Supreme Court Judges. After being sacked from University due to allegation of systematic abuse of students - she was moved into child protection. Her picture is on my website. If you can assist me, please do so. I am waiting for the right people (government) to take over, than I will take people responsible infront of judge and the jury. When I receive what I'm entitled to I will return everything I owe and will make regural donations to your organizations (as I always did) before I was abused. He is not in the court process anymore but refuses to give up and live with defamation published. He was abused, defamed, ridiculed; many attempts to institutionalise him have failed ABUSED BY NSW LEGAL   anywhere you turn you will be abused OR ignored, the choice is yours. FAMILY DESTRUCTION    family is pushed to extreme, there’s no help and assistance in any meaningful way. Rejection is the norm CHILDREN DECLINE ACADEMICALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY children always take divorce traumatic, separation from parent they love leaves trauma for life. If girls – they turn to ‘troublemakers’, start smoking, drinking and failing grades. If boys; criminal actions that lead to conflict with the legal system, bad reputation and inability to find a job. (Now we are with the second generation of the COURT VICTIMS) HUSBAND   by now husband has someone else, even stable relationship, children are more often than not in someone else’s care. Most often they try to escape ‘somewhere else’.  Drugs, alcohol or if from loved and stable families – they would leave Australia and move overseas never to return again.  VICTIM OF CRIME Now we are in the care of AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT CENTRELINK dependant on social welfare agencies who will try everything to find you job. There’s no regards for abuse you went through and the impact of everything that legal system created. You are constantly reminded that you are burden to taxpayers, must adapt to new lifestyle and accept any job offered. DEPENDANCE ON HEALTH SYSTEM (social worker, dr, psychologists) Most of victims have bad experience with the Health System. When sent to psychologist any attempt to discuss court abuse will lead to early termination. Nobody is brave enough to discuss, advice, or do anything to improve your situation. POLICE every attempt to report the crime will be ignored (stealing documents and defamation published is something police cant be involved) FEDERAL POLICE is the same NEW LIFE SECOND CLASS CITIZENT STATUS  life you had once is distant memory, you are left without any possession, and the government agencies, despite being aware of your situation and who-did-what, neither will help nor have any understanding for your situation. LOAN your name is ‘in system’ and on that basis nobody will give you loan even small amounts. There’s no help from anywhere HOUSE most of the victims live in shelters, backpackers accommodation or if lucky with friends. Being hungry is everyday event; you can’t survive on Centrelink. Being on disability is extravagance – which so many of us will never have access to. If you are on disability – than who’s responsible?  That is hard question to answer. To protect corrupt NSW legal system you’ll stay on unemployment benefit, permanently looking for job that nobody can give you due to disability. REPUTATION many turn to criminal activity; 'if everyone’s stolen from me than I’ll steal from government'. Courts are full of single – divorced – separated – unemployed - on Centrelink females sent month or two every now and than for stealing food in shopping centres. Once in the criminal system – there’s no way back SUICIDE   By now most are affected by serious mental illness caused by Court abuse and Government ignorance. Some of us don't even know where their children are; husband has new family and after years of being loyal and giving support friends cant take it any longer and will move on.. This is the time when many abused women can’t handle any longer. Everything’s gone, destroyed and ruined. When you are here there’s no pint to live. Government has painted a picture of you; reputation that you can’t live with; ‘clinically disturbed’ homeless, thief... “She is so bad that even her own family won’t have anything to do with” When woman with this ‘reputation’ takes her own life nobody will blame Judge RESPONSIBLE Mr SPIGELMAN, PHILLIPS FOX (now DLAPiper) Mr Bob DEBUS (now in retirement) or Mr Chris PUPLICK. These sophisticated wrongdoers have moved on with their ‘second’ job, heavily protected by Federal and State police. Every single one will be compensate in some way with the Dr of Law title, new position in different company, or given the highest award by Australian Government for the “long and outstanding service to the Citizens of NSW.   . 6 May 2012    . IMPACT  .  Every day I'm 'paying the price' for the crimes committed in the Supreme Court. Everyday. Just one 'small example' After 6 years my mobile has stop working.  I needed a new-one. The only way to buy was to go on 2 years contract, and pay $30 monthly. There was no other way. I dont have cash. So I went from shop to shop and what I experienced ... I can’t put into words. Every shop had rejected me. To have contract you have to have clear credit history, to be able to prove that you have to have identification card with your picture. Well, thanks to Judge Spigelman and NSW corrupt Legal Ass I don’t. My drivers licence was confiscate for not being able to pay outstanding fees (none due to serious breach of law - all offences were 'committed' in front of Supreme Court in Sydney, parking longer that I should as my Hearing would stretch from 9 till 5) So I don't have drivers licence. Passport can do, but the damage is done; why I don’t drive a car? The question I can’t answer. Why would they trust me if I say what’s happened; nobody would trust me that I was defamed by judge, legal firm stole my documents... that Mr Puplick destroy my family and financially ruined me... Nobody was willing to sign me on contract because I lost my financial credibility. So I was with Vodafone, I paid of contract years ago and I thought they might help. Everything was arranged over the phone, as I was 'an old customer', the first payment was debited from my account and for the next two years I would repay on a monthly basis. Or I thought so. The next morning I received a phone call from Vodafone and was briefly told that our contract is terminated, money would be returned (credited on my bank account) I shouldn’t take this personally...That’s just how it is..Thank you very much and Goodbye. I didn’t feel confident with this so I asked can she 'Please explain' what has happened in 24 hours to make her change mind. Reply was she is instructed not to 'argue' with customers,  that is their decision, nothing personal... So thank you and Goodbye. I just couldn’t understand why? So I called back and requested to speak with General Manager in Melbourne and if she’s not prepare to 'connect me with 'the Boss' I'll pack my bags, buy the ticket and head to Melbourne to talk with him personally, no hard feelings, nothing personal and thank you very much. After a long pause she said OK, and she redirected my phone call to Melbourne, to the person I requested to talk. To my best knowledge this was our conversation. MANAGER I understand you are complaining about our decision VS - MANAGER Our policy is to have credit history check up VS - MANAGER Are you with me? VS   Yes, I just don’t want to interrupt MANAGER  O, well, thank you for that. So we did. You credit history is in the worst category, as you know yourself. For years you have unpaid car fees, you refuse to pay GE the money they gave you when you needed, you are tenant, don’t have any possession..  VS - MANAGER Should I continue... ? VS   Yes please MANAGER Your credit history is so bad you will never be able to take any loan from us, despite being our customer... VS - MANAGER I don’t want argue with you...
