This website is my 4th website. Previous 3 has been removed following allegation by Newcastle Uni legal director Ms Sue Beach and Law Firm Phillips Fox Uni legal defendant in the Supreme and the Federal court. Allegation I raised were of defamation and using logo of Uni and Foxes that damaged reputation of Ms Beach who's pathological liar and Uni where students were systematically abused. This abuse is world's best kept Secret (everyone knows incl NSW Police) So, by publishing the truth supported by evidence how possible I could damage something that doesn’t exist? I believe
that the real reason behind decision to relocate Uni from Callaghan Campus to all over NSW and open branches around the world was just to cover the crime and avoid Responsibility towards abused students. Even that has to be changed as students around
the world began avoid this place of discrimination and abuse. CALLAGHAN turned to "The University of Newcastle at Callaghan
Campus" and "Newcastle Precint". The same just different name.
UNIVERSITY LEGAL DEFENDANT Sydney's Phillips Fox was the biggest legal firm and one of the
most powerful. Unfortunately solicitors working there are nothing else but the Thieves. After the scandal with my case their reputation was so damaged, that the only option was to do what Newcastle University
did - change the name. So, from Phillips Fox they turned to DLA PhillipsFox and went into partnership with DLA Piper This came with a Hefty price though (the biggest thiefs were sacked). The wolf can change the fur but the nature never... As their criminal action didnt
ceased and I felt its my duty to make public their criminal behavior - I helped to speed up the final stage of Foxes
disappearance from Australian Legal Scene. On the 1st May 2011 this ruined criminal legal firm (and I mean CRIMINAL)
emerged as Australian DLA Piper...in an effort to distance its name from my legal matter. In the same time they tried hard to remove this website and I was
forced to move to new locations number of times. I would established my website in new location and Uni and Foxes would close
it down.
PM KEVIN RUDD My very last website finally was published and everything was in working order
until our Current PM -Ex PM- than again Current PM Kevin Rudd went to front pages. Again!! This time following porn on twitter from his Canberra office. I found this interesting, even
more so because I couldnt find this scandal on any Australian website, only overseas media published this, so I did to. The following day all the links on my website (related to PM Rudd and the rest of links)
went dead Fellons who were tampering with what was published used this opportunity to silent me again. So I have to do it
all over again and It took a lot to be back.
In the meantime SOCIAL WORK has found a way to quitely compensate injured students, some returned
to finish degree and work as a social workers. With me University was less generous, they were willing to pay millions of
dollars in legal costs just to avoid $40.000 I was asking. Thats the social work. Thats how they work.
This website couldnt be removed, they tried but "I'll Be Back" So new tactics are "used"
My words are tampered with, my language ridiculed, my sentence cut in half ... Many links are re-directed to some websites
that has nothing with my case. But I'm still here. So if is something unclear, you cant work out what has been said let me
know. I'm on twitter @tvitin PLEASE don't follow me just let me know what page and whats the
issue.
About my story? It starts with Injury, than moves through NSW courts

The UNIVERSITY of NEWCASTLE 4 August, 1999 Ms Nanette Bryant, University Counselling
Service. Dear Nanette, This is to introduce Ms VS, a third year student in the Bachelor of Social Work. Ms VS has a
number of issues to do with her dissatisfaction with the way in which she has experienced supervision and feedback within
the Department. She wishes to review the impact made upon her and the ways in which she is reacting to her perceived treatment
in the Department. I believe that she would benefit from early contact with a member of the Counselling staff. Yours sincerely, Brian

ORIGINAL MESSAGE . Subject: well done social workers So you are
responsible for creating this monster If we live in any other country this 'social worker' would cost us millions of dollars
in compensation. But this is a fair go country…One nice family and one remarkable woman must be sacrificed to save reputation
of this psychopath
Dear Karen and others This is clearly
an action taken by someone with an old grievance who doesnot consider that she got justice 11 years ago. Periodically
I get similar correspondence form other parts of the country, not only about social work programs (I have on occasions got
copies of material relating to matters before the courts that might tangentially be related to social work). I propose simply
to relate this to colleagues at Newcastle, as several are named in the material and have an interest in at least knowing it
is being circulated. Other than that, I would suggest that we press the delete key.
Best wishes, Richard Hugman PhD SOCIAL
WORKER
Sydney University
Dear Scott and others. The only justice I received in that time-frame
(11 years ago) was from Mr. Chris Puplick Other than that, thankyou guys for email this to me. VS

letter 1 Dear Sir / Madam Kindly thank you for your letter. As we discussed over the phone
prior to this document sent to me (YES we did and I can refresh your memory by asking my phone provider to confirm when your
call was made and how long we have talked :) I told you that I’m victim of crime. I also explained that I live in NSW.
We have law and order here. If you believe that I should return this debt you should lodge statement of claim to the Supreme
Court Registry seeking the Hearing. The media will cover this as with the cases of Ms Barkeley, Ms Sadler or Fraser-Kirk cases.
Australia will respond to injustice and I will have support around the country PM Gillard I assume under the pressure from
public will raise this issue in PQT and open discussion about migrants seeking justice in NSW Courts, access to jury, pro-bono
etc. Don’t forget, Ms Gillard is lawyer, she understands how much money I’m entitled to and what has been
done. Mr. Abbott, the leader of the opposition, would support my request for a jury, as well as Greens and Independents Decision
will be sent to new NSW Chief Judge We will meet in the Supreme Court, the media will cover that as well, my supporters
will be there to cheer me up, and I will explain why I cant repay my debt. The jury will seek from judge to reopen my case
and take University to court. If this fairytale suits you, please let me know Kindly thankyou

letter 2 Dear Sir / Madam You are harrasing me. We have another phone call - conversation
(I can prove that to) and I told you that Judge Spigelman took my compensation, destroyed my family and honorably resign (taking
my money with him) He took millions and millions of dollars from me - yet I am not allow to take him to court. Thats how system
work. It never cross my mind to harrass Mr Spigelman, like you harrass me; I simply acepted the fact I was robbed and thats
it. I know its not fair, but life is like that sometimes. I owe you $7.000. I cant repay at this point. Things are changing
albeit slowly, but we have to be patient. Maybe one day the real PM will take over the country who will address this corruption
and racism. So, please dont contact me again, theres nothing I can do. However you are persistent so, I will send the
copy of this letter to Court of Criminal Appeal in Hague. Kindly Thankyou. VS

Professor John Ramsland Dean of Arts and Social Science University of Newcastle Thursday,
August 31, 2000 Dear Professor John Ramsland, We are the students enrolled in a social work degree who are very concerned
about the way lecturers from the social work department have been behaving towards the students of social work. For years
we have protested to the Dean of Students, NUSA and lecturers in this University who were willing to listen. Attitude, behavior
and feedback from the staff of social work are intolerable. Many students were verbally abused in the class and rest of the
students who attended the class have witnessed that abuse have felt abused as well. We can not talk openly or complain about
the way we are treated because we would never work as social workers in Newcastle. We CAN NOT and WILL NOT tolerate this
any more. We ask you, as the Dean of Arts and Social Science, to get involved and protect us from the individuals who present
themselves as social workers. Our request would be to make a survey for all social work students, (as well as students
who have finished or left this degree) and send it to their home addresses. In that survey we would freely say what our experiences
are and with what we have had to muddle through to finish this degree. I ask you to not expect any of us to sign the survey,
as most of us are simply afraid to identify who we are. The survey should be returned to you and in the end destroyed. We
feel that the treatment we are exposed to daily in social work and the way some of the students are treated is intolerable.
We feel that NUSA and the Dean of Students can not meet our needs - as this what is happening here in the social work department
continuously, is a job for the police not for the Dean of Students or NUSA. Can you PLEASE do something to prevent the
social work department from continually treat the students of social work badly? PLEASE!

[ DAUGHTER OF MS SHARON GRIERSON MP FOR NEWCASTLE ] To: Gem Cheong - University Secretary & Register Subject: letter to Gem Cheong Date: Thu, 21
Sep 00 10:37AM EST I am writing in support of the letter from Ms SV which is enclosed. I support the statements she has
made and the references to myself reflect accurately what has occurred and how I have felt. I am extremely distressed at what
has happened to Ms SV. What has occurred to her in her time at University in the Social Work Department should never have
been allowed to happen. It should never be allowed to happen to any students at this or any other University. And yet I have
felt powerless to assist her. I would urge you to take this issue extremely seriously and to bring it to the attention of
the Vice Chancellor.I am extremely distressed at what has happened to Ms SV. What has occurred to her in her time at University

at this or any other University. And yet I have felt powerless to assist her. I would urge you to take this issue extremely
seriously and to bring it to the attention of the Vice Chancellor.NUSA has identified a huge problem with the conduct of the
Social Work Department towards many of its students. I have interviewed many students this year from the Department, more
than any department, and all other Departments combined. These cases are obviously confidential but all identify a pattern
of feeling abused and having no trust in the professionalism of the Department. They feel violated by the behaviour of some
staff members and once they have complained feel that they have been systematically vilified and abused by the Department.
I know that many other Academics identify that there are enormous issues with the Department, and I have met with Professor
Ramsland who also recognises my concerns.I have also met with the fourth year social work class to discuss posters I placed
asking students who were feeling aggrieved to come and speak to myself or the Vice President at NUSA. This, as you would know,
is every students right. I feel that there must be a positive resolution for all students so that they can enjoy and feel
safe studying at this University. I hope that finally some attention will be paid to the issues raised and that they will
not be ignored as they have been for so long. Yours Sincerely, Amie Grierson, NUSA President

NSW POLICE SERVICE tel 0411117528 fax / Our ref: / Your ref: To Whom it may concern, On
Saturday 13th Jan 2001 I participated in a discussion with Mrs SIMUNDIC at Bemont Police Station. The purpose of this discussion was concerning the alleged discriminatory acts against Mrs SIMUNDIC by staff of the University
of Newcastle. - - - 1. During this discussion Mrs SIMUNDIC presented a significant amount of documentation to support
the case. After this conversation I was of the opinion that although the issues fall outside the ambit of the Criminal Law
there was strong evidence to indicate that she had been unlawfully discriminated against. Accordingly she informed me that
she had made contact with the Anti-Discrimination Board at Newcastle. It is my intention to contact this service to examine
what can be done to assist Mrs SIMUNDIC's cause. Ross GRACE Detective Chief Inspector Duty Officer Lake MAcquarie Command 13

Uni of Newcastle Dear Vesna Thankyou for your letter. I have read the attachment. I have been lecturing in
tertiary education for 31 years and during that time I have received three students' complaints of abuse. You will be interested
to know that all three have been in the last 18 months and all three came from Newcastle University. I don'[t think there
is anything I can do to help given that it is another university. If you were here, given your migrant NESB status, you would
have access to a student counsellor for students with special needs as well as access to a Deputy Vice Chancellor for Equal
Opportunity. You could get legal advice but, if its possible, I would suggest that you enrol with another university seeking
credit for the subjects completed.. and preferably one with opportunities for distance education. Yours sincerely, Freda Briggs, Emeritus Professor, Education Arts and Social Sciences Divisional Office, University of South Australia

sorry. To give you any advice at all about Jo ignoring your emails I would have to find out more about when they were sent,
what was in them, whether Jo is proposing alternative means of communication, etc. I would have to investigate, and I cannot
do that.Indeed, I suspect the University would be annoyed if I did any sort of investigating except as a member of a Grievance
Enquiry Team. I suggest that you ask Phil Foreman exactly what you've asked me. I believe that giving such advice is considered
part of his job as Dean of Students - and I have the impression that he is well aware of your grievance(s) and what is happening.
He is certainly the person I would be contacting if I were you. ---------------------------------------------------------- Prof Simon --> HE WAS THE ONLY LECTURE WHO WAS NOT CORRUPT School of Business/ University of Newcastle Central Coast Campus/ PO Box 127/ Ourimbah NSW 2258

Disability pension revamp to cut benefits It's been revealed that sweeping reforms to the Disability Support Pension
will make it harder for applicants to be eligible. News Ltd says it's the biggest ever crackdown on the disability pension,
with the government on Saturday publishing proposed new impairment tables, used to judge who is eligible to claim the benefit,
worth $729.30 a fortnight for singles. News Ltd says the new rules will take effect from January 1 next year and apply
only to new applicants. It says under the changes people with a hearing impairment will be assessed, taking their hearing
aid into consideration to decide their capacity for work. And obesity or chronic pain will no longer be considered grounds
in themselves for eligibility. Instead, News Ltd says, the government will consider how they affect a person's capacity
to function and work. This includes bad backs, which will no longer be assessed by how much movement and mobility has
been lost, but rather on what the back condition prevents the person from doing, including sitting for a long period of time,
or bending over to pick up objects. There will also be new guidelines on mental health, the fastest-growing category of
new Disability Support Pension recipients, with people who suffer from episodic mental health conditions to be treated with
a focus on rehabilitation. There are currently 815,000 DSP recipients, up by almost 100,000 from just two years ago

I can relate to your anger, frustration and fear. I am mother to. I also can relate to your endless 'who is to blame' I went through all of that myself. What is here that surprises you so much? Ms Liane Flynn is DoCS Regional Director. Your children are in her care now. So, the question is; how can you possibly expect
that the woman sacked from Uni due incompetence and abuse of students could properly look after the most vulnerable in our society?
2
Like everyone else sacked from job due to
bribe, corruption, abuse, stealing... these individuals are the 'ticking
bombs' NSW is socialistic state and that's how socialism operates. Corrupt mates cover for each other. She is moved from Uni as she couldn't be trusted in contact with students. She is now in DOCS. Again allegation, again complaints
AND again no word
from press. That's how system works in NSW ---
4 Questions for v.s. Who's quilty for this? Ms Flynn herself? She is who she is As Ms Gaha stated long ago ; you cant blame someone for having poor mental health. This
clever mental health social worker was defaming me, protecting this
disturbed lecturer; yet, here we are, 14 years later Ms Flynn is failing again; people
complain, children are harmed
