 On Saturday 13th Jan 2001 I participated in a discussion with
 Mrs Vesna SIMUNDIC at Bemont Police Station. The purpose of this 
 discussion was concerning the alleged discriminatory acts against
 Mrs SIMUNDIC by staff of the University of Newcastle.

1. During this discussion Mrs SIMUNDIC presented a significant
   amount of documentation to support the case. After this
   conversation I was of the opinion that although the issues
   fall outside the ambit of the Criminal Law there was strong
   evidence to indicate that she had been unlawfully discriminated
   against. Accordingly she informed me that she had made contact
   with the Anti-Discrimination Board at Newcastle. It is my 
   itention to contact this service to examine what can be done
   to assist Mrs SIMUNDIC's cause.
