Liane Flynn, BSW, MSW (NSW) Accredited member of the AASW Liane joined the Department of Social Work at Newcastle as a lecturer in February 1992. Her practice as a social worker has been predominantly in the area of treatment for people who have experienced trauma. She spent 10 years in the Vietnam Veterans' Counselling Service in counselling, senior management and service development roles. Liane coordinated the Bankstown Sexual Assault Service and has worked as a Manager for the Department of Community Services.
