understand that your allegations against the University of discrimination and victimisation were considered by the Administrative
Decisions Tribunal on a past occasion. |

I contacted staff at the Office, for further information and I'm preparing complain against solicitors I believe were
involved in stealing. However I have a problem with the Policy you have sent to me.
Under this Policy Ms Greenwood is not included and her involvement in this theft is matter for Police. She is not employed at Phillips-Fox, she does not
work for Chief Judge and she does not have private legal practice. If she works for the Chief Judge of the S.C. things would
be different however she is only employer of the State of NSW – therefore this Policy cannot be ‘useful’ to her involvement. It appears that
her contribution to the family folder disappearance IS actually Police matter. I am open to challenge and if I ‘m

Dear Sir I am victim of crime. I have
raised allegation against very powerful people and as a direct result of complain I am victimized and discriminated on a daily
basis. |

1 I raised complains against
judicial officer of ADB Mr. Chris Puplick and the consequences affected my family and me in the most horrible way imaginable. |
|
2 I have raised allegation against
judicial officer Mr. Simon Rice ADT and it resulted in published decision that protects University but works in my disadvantage |
|
3 In the Supreme Court I raise
allegation against * Reg. Ms Greenwood related to theft, against * Master Harrison for victimization, written document kept in Registrar that was defamatory
and is her version of the Hearing, and giving defendant's legal side’ extravagant and unnecessary time' that resulted
in my matter being out of time. Finally * Master James for publishing defamatory decision, withholding crucial documents
and publishing my personal issue that has nothing with systematic abuse of students. |

Beach wrote and handed in defamatory statement and during the cross-questioning could not say one correct word |

5 DLA Phillips-Fox solicitors *Ms Rebecca Lynch stole the documents from my folder at the Registry * Hayden Martin was involved in this and *the Barrister
Mr. Gleeson who had an access to confidential family court file before judge made an order |
|
6 I also raise an allegation against Chief Judge Mr. Spigelman who I notified on time
about my difficulties, my disability, stress I am under and yet the Judge did not wish to exercise his power to give me what
I was entitled to and that is a FAIR GO, my rights to be heard by the Jury, and my documents to be safe until judge made different
order. |

I did not wish to raise allegation against all of
those Authorities considering all the consequences, knowing that they have skilled QC's and the best possible legal defendants
whose job is just to win and defend under any circumstances. |
|
However I could not stand any more this victimization.
I believe that I came against the biggest legal corruption and an organized crime where victims like myself are psychologically
pushed to the edge and where only option is suicide attempt |
