Now? Well now is totally out of control. University behavior is absolutely irrational; feedback
from the rest of the world and around Australia is the same. One thing is to destroy your own institution but to destroy your
own country’s reputation, that’s far more serious. They want to wipe out Newcastle from the NSW map, than move
Newcastle Uni to from Shortland campus to center of Newcastle. Newcastle University would be Precinct University.
The rest what is left would be branches all around NSW. This will cost Australia fortune and the sad thing
is WE will pay for all. Some of Australians I’m in contact with are very concern as it looks like that the same people
from NSW Government are behind this. Unfortunately this scandal had caught the worldwide attention so everyone’s very

I am one of many
victims and being migrant is not precondition (see newspaper cuts) to be abused by NSW Gov however
I will give myself liberty to make the following statement – every abuse is unique, I cant say my pain is bigger that
Mr X pain. However migrants come with a small family unit. Usually nuclear family, rarely with extended. So when you destroy
the mother – family is done. There’s nobody to help, kids are left on their own, the father works long hours as
everything is lost during the family disintegration… If the mother is victim and unable to care for the children, that’s
the double trauma for all parties involved. Kids grew up angry; someone did something to us, why the system
let us down? Why everyone can have appropriate hearing and our family cant? What’s wrong with us…? If I wasn’t
born maybe all of this wouldn’t happen.” THIS IS reality, it happened to my family. No matter from where
you come from, how have you being raised and what values you hold – you would feel that you owe something to your children…
your family… as I do. And that is the energy that keeps you going until you destroy yourself or everyone else around
you. This is not something I am proud of but this is a normal reaction against injustice brought up on my family.

Decision by NSW Chief Judge to remove the jury, not to give me a legal aid, to stole my documents and compensation
I see above all as a political point, rather than anything else. This was the message, a
very strong message to all migrants in NSW - this is how system work. Put up or sh..t up. But
Australia is far more than NSW. People are coming here and they will continue to do so.

Yes, PM
Howard and I had a lengthy email exchange. I thought it would be beneficial for the PM to hear from the victim of crime a
personal experience, supported by evidence. Although Mr Howard (being lawyer himself) never-ever thought to interferer in
this abuse of the law and the human rights and protect me. However after my last contact with the PhillipsFox where I
felt abused again I wrote to his office in Sydney excatly how I have felt about him and NSW corrupt legal system.
I received his response, made a copy and sent to all my friends who had contact with people with disability. In one day (I was told) my email reached every
community in every state in Australia My understanding was; that the same day when Mr Howard response was read he had
lost every single vote from anyone affected by disability

  Thank
you for your email to Duncan. He thought it would be more appropriate if I respond. Duncan lives in Western Australia and
yes it’s very different in that state. Didn’t receive single complain about judge nor any particular problem (supported
by evidence). Did receive a few hate-letters: "I hate judges, all r basta...ds, etc.etc.." But that chronic complains like
in NSW I didn’t. With the rest of Australia it’s the same, no serial complains, one or two from each state nothing
that would suggest judicial corruption. You ask what state is the most "politically stable" I guess you mean about the legal
system. Cant single out any state but have to say after my case was finished in the Federal Court, judge BLACK removed two
judges who were behaving corruptly. After that he shoot to fame and now he is something like celebrity. They cant stop gushing
about him.

This is what I meant. Family Unit means nothing to judges and
as such easy target to be destroyed. Children and their future have no value in their eyes. They don’t see us as human
beings. Rather something that stands on their way to have more money. For all those years I have never seen any judge (except
Hon Judge MOORE) to look at me as a victim of crime. All of them sow me as something on their way that should be

You can’t protect children from NSW government. If you are intelligent
to argue your case in the court and win you are in trouble. NSW legal system is very sensitive on feedback, they see any intellectual
challenge as rejection and they would do everything to spread the message – you can win only if we decide that you can
win. I have never heard or seen something like this. The worst thing is they cant self reflect on their performance…
intriguing. To understand that is their mistake, to correct that, to show
some
maturity. Instead they would find someone to blame “someone guilty for everything” and will go against that person
until the end. Nothing else would ‘make them better’, just the way they think, I found fascinating. What they
did to my younger daughter just doing “nothing”, ignoring my case and ‘go on like nothing happen’
One barrister I talked to told me that there are few people who “must go” before any change could take a place.
What I know for sure is that – everyone in Australia knows about this, and in this crime NSW Gov don’t have any
support nor protection from the rest of Australia. Which he thinks is the first step.

incompetent government exist” Although powerful he couldn’t sort out NSW and what’s going on, let alone

leadership was clear indication that Australia didn’t accept PM who couldn’t sort out one state (his state) and that was the reason why he had lost. |

The future of our country is slipping away, yet KEV747 still go on about global worming and Mr. Turnbull about UTAgate. The
biggest problem is still ignored and not addressed and that is the treatment of people seeking
justice in our courts.

Please welcome Duncan .. Alright guys We had a problem we have managed to sort out. On
1st March ‘09 Mr.J, Mrs.J Brian, Lu and Alex discussed with me increasing
number of emails from newly arrived migrants or people who are intend to come here. This website is misinterpret overseas
so prior migration in Australia even some governments would recommend this website as a ‘contact’ after your
arrival or before you decide where to go. Migrants would ask a lot of things,
practical, simple questions easy to answer or more complicate; those are forward to me. Guys here were happy to do it until
became ‘epidemic’.I asked for more privacy (and was given) so I was not aware of this until
few weeks ago during the web-conference. Refined couldn’t meet their needs and we needed someone eager to take over
this job. If you
remember Mr. J’s first visit to Margaret; he and his family and friends kindly contributed with their ‘fresh-
approach’ towards issues raised that created the storm… Duncan was one of them and his comments had given us a
lot of interesting issues for discussion. He is Mr.J’s very good friend. So, please welcome Duncan who, for some time,
had helped Mr. and Mrs. J with emails. He lives in Western Australia, always wanted to be journalist (in the meantime he’s

Thank you for your email. My answer is I don’t know. In the beginning was simply too much to deal with.
I have PTSD and at that time two children to care for, house and a job – on top of that I was full time student. Now
when I’m looking back, I’m asking myself the same question. I guess it was all about the children; I didn’t
have time to think about myself. The world was collapsing around me and all I could think was how to protect my children.
They were to small to “sit and talk about what’s happened” so
I was just trying to comfort them. But that become very hard task as I was constantly discriminated, victimized and lied to
by NSW Government. Hearings were drugged for years, I couldn’t go back to Uni, couldn’t look for job… It
was horrible. |

of being so tired. I have never felt that way before. I am sorry I can’t go through that again... From than on I was
abused by NSW Government, by Supreme Court judges, In University? They didnt know how to "get rid of me" they knew I
cant be sent to placement because I was injured, so I was constantly defamed and exposed to stresfull events This is the closest I could suggest to describe violence towards me. |

give you some idea what to expect. Its
hard, the hardest I had to deal with was police-attitude.06 AUG 28 VIOLENCE RESTRAINING ORDER Sharing with them what is happening, asking them for protection and any
support and their inability to look after my family and me, was hard to accept. It some kind of “general helplessness” They simply were instructed to do nothing. I would talk with them, report
the crime, show all the evidence, once brought another student to confirm what I was saying… Didn’t work. In the
beginning was simply “I will call you” and off course they never did. Later when we get to know each other they
would tell me their situation; what they are instructed to do, why they cant help… Last responses were direct –
its corruption and there is nothing we can do. |
